Today for breakfast I had marmite on a toasted muffin, a glass of plain milk and a small dish of unsweetened stewed peaches. For morning tea I had an organic muesli bar, slightly sweetened bio yoghurt, for lunch I had a homemade fruit salad and a pita garlic bread snack. For afternoon tea mum provided me with a much needed treat of a yummy mince savoury from our local bakery. For dinner we are always late home as it is sports night so mum gets takeaways.

I had takeaways and a mince savoury which wasn’t good but because of my hard working sport I needed that energy. ”

Having only one fatty food choice instead of both pie and takeaways.

I feel like the actions I took today helped me be a step closer to my long term goal because I didn’t eat any unhealthy foods except I am alittle annoyed about the takeaways I ate because I didn’t need them. But the mince pie I ate was ok because I needed it for energy.

Today for breakfast I had Wholemeal toast and jam with a glass of milk. For morning tea I ate a fruit bar and a homemade fruit biscuit. For lunch I had a wrap and a banana. When I got home for afternoon tea I had a crumpet and marmite. For dinner I had rice and beef curry.

I made mum pack my lunch as I was tired and she packed me healthy things. She also cooked a non fatty dinner to. ”

Nothing because everything I ate today was good for me”

Yes I do feel that the actions I took today helped me be a step closer towards my long term goal because I reduced my sugar amount so all the foods I ate today were healthy and not fattening

Today for breakfast I had an English muffin with strawberry and a drink of milk. For morning tea I had a piece of chocolate cake. For lunch I had an up and go and a cupcake because it was my friends birthday. For afternoon tea I had a cupcake because my tutor got it for me because it was my last time with her. For dinner I had pork sausages, potatoes and broccoli. Today I didn’t feel was very successful.

It was my friends birthday so we all had cake and cupcakes. And since it was my last time with my tutor I had a muffin. ”

I couldn’t of just told them that I couldn’t eat the food because of my goal but I gave in.

Today for breakfast I had a porridge and a glass of water again. For morning tea I had carrot and celery sticks with hummas. For lunch I had a sandwich with chicken and avocado. For afternoon tea I had a fruit muffin and for dinner I had spaghetti on toast.

I made my own lunch so it knew what was in it and so there wasn’t anything in there to tempt me.”

I had to wake up early to make my lunch. Was hard so I didn’t do all of my chores in the morning because I didn’t have time”

Set my alarm so I have time to get myself ready and do my lunch and have time to do my chores as well.

Today I felt really good I had porridge for breakfast and a glass of water. For morning tea I had carrot and celery sticks. For lunch I had an up and go and a caramel slice, which wasn’t so good as it had loads of caramel in it. For afternoon tea I had a fruit bar. For dinner I had chicken, rice, cucumber and tomato. And I had nothing for desert. So today I didn’t do to badly.

Today was a successful day for breakfast I had banana and honey on toast with a glass of milk. For morning tea I had a fruit jelly and an Annie’s fruit bar. For lunch I had an up and go and some vege chips. For dinner I had pumpkin soup. For desert I had a fruit salad.

I told mum not to pack any unhealthy foods in my lunch.”

Nothing because I decided that I didn’t want to ruin my goal. ”

For breakfast I had a English muffin, with marmite, and a glass of milk. On this day I also ate a cupcake and some birthday cake. At morning tea I had mince pie and juice. For dinner I made a vege stir fry for me and my family. For desert I had boyseberry cheesecake which was very unhealthy.

I didn’t get any help with my success because I gave into pressure by my friends about the chocolate cake and cupcakes. ”

I refused at first but my peers listed the pros of cupcakes and I gave in. I will make my own choices from now on.

Today for breakfast I had a crumpet with marmite and a drink of milk which was good. Then for morning tea I had a packet of chips and a snowball which wasn’t healthy at all so that didn’t help. At lunch I had an up and go and a fruit jelly so they were both healthy but the jelly probably had a bit to much sugar. Then for an afternoon snack I went to the plaza and got chips and gravy which again wasn’t healthy but I still got it anyway. We went out for dinner I got sea food chowder which I didn’t think was that unhealthy but the I ruined it again and for desert I ate a banoffee pie and ice cream.

In the morning I had jam on toast with no butter and a chocolate milk. Morning tea I had chips and chocolate cupcakes because it was my birthday. At lunch I had an up and go and a piece of chocolate cake. I didn’t have any morning tea. And for dinner I had McDonalds a grilled chicken burger with Mayo, tomato and lettuce.

Since it was my birthday my friends brought cake and cupcakes and my mum took me to McDonalds.”

Summary: today wasn’t a very good day as I had lots of confectionary treats and fatty foods but since it was my birthday I wasn’t to worried as I didn’t want to be rude and decline the cake and cupcakes my friends made me.

I ate healthy the whole day, I had Wholemeal toast with jam and butter and a chocolate milk for breakfast but I shouldn’t of had butter. For morning tea I had orange and almond nuts. For lunch I had a chicken and salad sandwich and a healthy strawberry smoothie drink. For dinner I had crumbed chicken, salad and hot chips which wasn’t that healthy but it tasted good.
